Delete your account
You never needed an account to play — the game deals fine without one. If you made one anyway, here's how to take it back. Both ways below wipe the same things, for good. There's no undo.
From your phone
- Open Aight, So Boom.
- Tap My rules & sound on the home screen.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete it.
That's it. You're signed out on the spot and the account is gone from our side immediately. The app stays on your phone and keeps playing.
If you already deleted the app
Email asb@meliaison.com from the address you signed in with, with Delete my account in the subject. No login, no forms.
We answer within 3 business days and finish the deletion within 30 days of the request. If you write from a different address we'll ask you to confirm from the one on the account first — otherwise anyone could delete anyone.
- Your email address and the account itself
- Your stat sheet — games, words got, slips, hints, catches
- Your saved house rules
- Access to anything you bought or were gifted, and any gift codes you made
- Any custom deck you had made, and the answers you gave to build it
- Your notification settings and your signed-in device
- Purchase records the app stores keep on their side — Apple and Google hold those, not us. Refunds go through them.
- Counts with nobody's name on them, like how many games were played or how many copies sold. Your name and email come off those first.
- Anything the law says we have to hold on to, like tax records for a sale.
Deleting the account takes your access to anything you bought with it. We can't give that back, and buying it again is a new purchase. If you just want off a new phone, sign out instead — that keeps everything.
